9 Tips for Losing Weight

How can I lose weight?  Many people ask themselves each day – what is the fast way to lose weight?  The best diet to lose weight, believe it or not, is a healthy diet.  Fast weight loss can be achieved without diet pills, and if you want to know how to lose weight fast, these simple tips can help you.  Diets for weight loss don’t have to be “diets” in the conventional sense…

Tips for losing weight:

  1. Eat as much organic food as possible – this removes additives and artificial ingredients that mess with your metabolism.
  2. Eat breakfast – not just any old breakfast, but healthy fats and protein.  Limit the refined sugars.  Protein Powder is a great alternative to sugary items.
  3. Eat high fiber foods – this will fill you up fast, and keep you full longer.
  4. Drink water – half your body weight daily in ounces.
  5. Portion sizes – pay attention!  Make sure you’re not eating 2 or 3 servings.
  6. Eat a lot – between 5 and 6 small to medium sized meals per day.
  7. Don’t eat after 8 PM – Well, you pick the hour, but just don’t eat too late!  We don’t want to store calories late at night.
  8. Avoid Soft Drinks – they contain tons of calories and sugars that impact hormones.  You’ll never feel full on soft drinks!
  9. Keep junk foods as far away as possible – don’t keep them in your house, car, or even the office.

It all boils down to taking personal responsibility for your health.  Your habits, the way you were raised, and your metabolism are not excuses.

    Weight loss is very black and white, even if it is a mental process.  You should take in fewer calories, and burn more calories – that’s really it.

Gives step by step instructions on following the cleanse – don’t rely on word of mouth instructions – get the correct info from Peter Glickmans’s book and follow it to a “T”. It’s an easy read and is setup for quick references, which I did several times during my cleanse. I lost 17 1/2 pounds in 17 days, also lost liver spots

    I purchased this book hoping that I wasn’t just wasting money trying something that may not work for me. I also thought that maybe I could just look for info on the internet to do the cleanse and not buy the book and that I’d be OK just with that.
