    i always thought that you take the whey protein after workouts not preworkout, and if I do take whey in the beginning, will I have to take it after working out too?

    hey, i take 1 scoop of whey with an apple. I don’t use peanut butter at all because in the past peanuts have been the reason for stomach fat

    I’m very picky with the types of food i like, and can’t stand nut’s or anything to do with them! can u suggest any alternatives to the peanutbutter u suggested in this vid or a way to disguise the taste with any other foods!?

    There was research awhile ago that showed pre-workout natural peanut butter intake would actually increase GH. As far as post workout, provided that you have BCAA’s during your training then it won’t be bad post workout.

    i find the best thing post workout is bowl of porridge 75 percent milk the rest water – make it so ity isnt thick – thn add one scoop of whey protain powder into the porridge and mix it in – theyre u hav it strawberry porridge full of energy and protain
